As I've said before, I don't actually work at the library anymore, so these posts are fewer and further between, but the good ol' folks over there still look out for this blog! So here are four books to add to the weirdness.

Exodus 14:13,14--And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord . . . The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
The command to wait on the Lord with calm assurance is an assignment of faith. The temptation is to rush into action, but God doesn't need us on the sidelines shouting, "Block that kick! Block that kick!" We have to put down our pom-poms and sit down on the feild if we are to see "the deliverance of the Lord."

Ok folks, this just cracked me up! Remember I work in a library at a Southern Baptist Seminary. A Seminary! You know, where they train men to become preachers? Apparently some folks forgot that preachers shouldn't steal.
